At this point, i knew there was nothing else i could do but to condescend to to his pressure.The policy commenced with a sum assured of US$20M. He promptly paid his annual premiums. Before his death in 2008, he walked into my office one faithful day and informed me that he needed to amend a part of the policy contract. He then told me that no other person is aware of the policy with our establishment (even his personal attorney whom he suspected was having an affair with his wife). So he decided to list two orphanages as contingents/beneficiaries to the face amount of the policy.

This made the policy much more confidential. It is only known by both of us. Knowing the confidential nature of the policy, it would be absolutely safe to present a foreign partner as the beneficiary to the face amount of the policy.

The clear point here is that the policy has matured for claims and there are no more payments required to be made before laying claims of the fund. AS a result of the delay in claiming the face amount of the policy, the Board of Directors of our establishment has instructed me to present the beneficiary/contingent to the fund within the next 72 hours or the fund would be declared "unclaimed fund" and returned to the company's treasury.

Therefore, i wish to seek your consent to present you as the beneficiary to this fund and the bank where the fund is lodged would immediately RELEASE it to you. You would not be required to fly down here for the claims and it is 100% risk free.

Once you indicate your interest to this proposal, i will forward your name to the company for immediate fund release approval and it would be transfered to you.For being a part of this laudable package, you will have 30% of the fund while 60% goes to me and 10% would go to those orphanages ( if we agree to do so).

ALSO, I DO NEED TO INFORM YOU THAT THERE IS PRACTICALLY NO RISK INVOLVED IN THIS TRANSACTION, IT IS GOING TO BE A BANK TO BANK TRANSFER TO YOUR NOMINATED BANK ACCOUNT WITH LEGITIMATEMATE PROCESS.

I GUARANTEE YOU THIS TRANSACTION IS UNDER LEGITIMATE ARRANGEMENTS THAT WILL NOT BREACH THE LAW BY BOTH PARTIES; IT IS A SIMPLE PROCESS WHICH WILL TAKE A SHORT WHILE IF YOU ARE WILLING TO DO THIS TRANSACTION WITH ME.

You do not have any reason to worry about how i would go about the presentation to the establishment.
